Doug Brooks, the Bradlow Fellow at the South African Institute of International Affairs and a Graduate Associate of the Ridgway Center for International Security Studies at the University of Pittsburgh has set up and moderates an independent, unadvertised discussion group on the subject of Private Military Companies. Interested parties can subscribe either openly or anonymously to this group and will then be able to follow the ongoing debate on specific issues or can post their own or unattributed messages, questions and responses.
